About the Lorax
The Lorax is the speaker for the trees and is a nice young fellow even though he might not look like it in the movie all the time. As the forest of trees lives happily everything is fine but then a boy called the Once-ler comes with his invention called the thneed. His invention requires the soft material on the trees but when he cuts the tree down it summons the Lorax to come down and stop him. In the end the Lorax fails to stop and what the Onceler doesn't realize is that he just cut down the last tree causing his business to fail and the Lorax to leave with all the animals. Just like the Lorax said "a tree falls the way it leans, be careful which way you lean."
Traits
The Marsh-mellows: The Lorax may not have seemed like it in the movie but he and the animals of the forest all love marsh-mellows. As you saw in the movie the Lorax did eat the marsh-mellow but he was offended and in the picture u see that inside he enjoys them.
The Protector: In the movie you find out that the Lorax isnt just the speaker of the trees he is also the protector of the forest and the creatures in it. He also does everything he can to stop the Once-ler from destroying the forest until he is forced to leave.
The Wisdom: The Lorax shows a lot of wisdom and even gives a few quotes. One of them as in the picture is "a tree falls the way it leans, be careful which way you lean." As the Lorax tries to stop the Once-ler he shows his wisdom and knowledge but doesn't seem to be doing good until close to the end of the movie.
